I started with global mobility in 2016 at Petyovský & Partners consulting firm as a graduate of Translation and Interpreting at FF UK. After two years, I moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers (later Vialto Partners), where, in addition to consulting, I led the digitalization transformation of the visa department.

During ten years of experience, I have participated in the successful relocation of hundreds of foreign employees in multinational corporations and medium or small local enterprises. From the beginning, I have moved between legislation, business and the daily realities of foreign employees, from setting up processes and finding solutions in accordance with the law, to working with people who find themselves in a new country.

Thanks to this, and through my personal experience of living abroad, I perceive relocation not only as an administrative process, but as a key moment in the life of an employee, which can affect his performance and satisfaction. At the same time, I understand well the needs of companies and the associated risk minimization, predictability and efficient process setup.

What I enjoy most about my work is finding smart solutions with real impact for clients, setting mobility strategies and technological enhancements that make life easier for everyone. But the most important thing is to always keep in mind the human dimension of our work. There is a unique story behind every relocation.

From the beginning, my career has been in the corporate environment. I worked for sixteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (later Vialto Partners), where I gained a solid professional foundation, a deep understanding of corporate structures and a high standard of working with clients. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, I was part of the visa department, in which I found an area that made sense to me - the legalization of stays of foreign workers in the Czech Republic. I have worked with global corporations, medium-sized Czech companies and individual clients and participated in hundreds of successful relocations from the first contact to the successful adaptation of the employee.

Long-term work in a corporate environment has allowed me to understand the needs of both HR teams and management very well. At the same time, however, I have always maintained a sensitive attitude towards clients, their concerns about environmental change, cultural differences and practical issues that foreign employees and their families deal with. Over the years, I have worked with clients from almost all over the world and learned to perceive cultural differences in communication, expectations and approach to solving situations. It is this that often decides whether the relocation goes smoothly or becomes a source of frustration on both sides.

I want the client to go through the whole process without unnecessary complications with maximum support. At the same time, I try to create an environment in which foreign employees will feel comfortable. In short, I enjoy looking for solutions that make sense not only professionally, but also from a human point of view.
